  • Shipping fees and any additional handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry.

  • Items purchased on sale or as part of a special promotion.
     

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, if applicable.
